I would like to make a public "thank you" to zha. For the past week I've been saving stuff I want to keep from my computer onto floppy disks. This has taken forever. I have cable internet and it has been slower than dial-up, so I've decided to reformat my hard drive. With zha's help. After it was reformatted, the first thing I wanted to load was the cable modem. Everything else I thought I could do on my own, seeing as I was the one who loaded it in the first place. Well, it's a little hard for someone on the other side of the country with a different operating system to know exactly what I was doing. It took almost an hour, but we were eventually able to get the modem hooked up. And it is fast again. So no more complaining from Paul. Also, remember how I can never get onto blogger? That's fixed. All the websites are opening like they're supposed to. As we were still on the phone, I decided to load my printer. After an hour of unsuccessful attempts, I told him I needed to go. I was so freaking frustrated at my computer and I didn't want to take it out on him. He was on the phone with me for almost three hours today trying to help me load things. And I am so greatful. I have decided to wait until later to deal with the printer. As for right now, I'm going to enjoy my fast internet. So, zha, thank you so much for your help today. And thank you for not getting frustrated with me when I was getting frustrated with the computer. You are the best!
