On this day

In 1997 I was sitting in a corner coffee shop talking with my Valentine because it was a two hour wait at the restaurant we were going to. I had hot chocolate, he had hot apple cider. It was our first date.

And now, ten years later, he's not my Valentine, but he's my best friend.
