So I don't want to come home. It is so amazingly beautiful down here, I can't even describe it. I got to see zha, and even the hour and a half drive to Tuscon was beautiful. I suppose I'll get used to it, but desert and mountains are gorgeous to those of us accustomed to grey, clouds, and dilapidated buildings. Paul and I have an apartment. I probably have a job. I sat by the pool and read yesterday, and when I got too hot, I dipped in and got back out. Then took a nap in the sun. I love it here. There is so much to do, and it's all so close together. There's nothing to do in Dayton. Well, a few things, but not like this. I was in San Diego for the first time last weekend visiting my cousin. Who just bought a condo. Got to go to the beach. Actually, three different beaches in two days. And there was so much to see. I wish I had more film. I could have easily taken three roles in two days out there. But I miss Paul, and Tosha, and don't mind going back knowing that it's only for two more months. And then a move across the country. I think it's now beginning to feel real.

I fly tomorrow. My parents fly Saturday. So does my sister. All to different places. This whole thing is so weird. We're at war. I don't know what to think or how to feel about that. Will this be like the Gulf War? Will we see images from the tanks on t.v.? Sometimes I don't like how modern our world has become.

My boss said something really great to me today that also made me sad. He said that no matter what I did, I would be incredibly successful. And I thought, what am I doing wrong? Why am I not successful right now?

OK, this is a silly little thing Paul sent me, but it gave us minutes of fun at work. Try it, I bet you giggle out loud. I'm Cheeseball Chickentush.

My Natasha leaves today on vacation and returns just hours after I leave for mine. I will not see her for 20 days. This is the longest we've been apart. I hope we can manage.

At 7 this morning I was awakend by another round of Olympic Sex from my neighbors upstairs. I got up to pee, but it's even louder in my bathroom. Very few times will you ever see me on a toilet with my ears plugged. I just wasn't in the voyeristic mood that early. I buried my head under my pillow and was able to fall back asleep. Only to be awakened again two hour later by a new sport. Olympic Fighting. Things were being thrown, there was much yelling. I wondered what could have possibly happened to change the mood so drastically. And then I remembered that I didn't care.

And this is also the last season of "Friends." Good God, am I going to have to start READING?!?
